Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Morrowset(the “Service”), an event-design mockup and lookbook application operated by its individual owner (the “Operator”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Beta service

The Service is in an invite-only beta. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time, and access is granted at the Operator’s discretion. While the Service takes care to preserve your work, during beta you should not treat it as your only copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

3. Your account

Registration currently requires an invite code. You agree to provide accurate account information, to keep your password confidential, and to accept responsibility for activity under your account. Notify the Operator if you believe your account has been compromised. The Operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload — including uploaded images, project and event data, and the lookbooks you assemble. You grant the Operator a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service, including transmitting your selected images and descriptions to the third-party AI services that generate mockups (see the Privacy Policy for the current list). You represent that you have the necessary rights to anything you upload, and that your content does not violate any law or third-party right.

5. AI-generated images

Mockup images produced by the Service are AI-generated visualizations intended to convey design direction. They are not photographs, product listings, or exact representations — actual products, colors, materials, and arrangements may differ. Verify all details with your vendors before purchasing or contracting on the basis of a mockup. Subject to these Terms and to your own clients’ expectations, you may use the mockups generated from your account in your professional work, such as client presentations and lookbooks.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or upload unlawful/infringing content;
  • attempt to access accounts, data, or projects that are not yours;
  • probe, overload, scrape, or disrupt the Service, or circumvent its rate limits and usage controls;
  • resell or provide the Service to third parties as your own offering; or
  • use the Service to generate content that is deceptive, harmful, or abusive.

7. Lookbook share links

Lookbooks are shared through private links (optionally password-protected). Anyone who has a share link — and its password, if set — can view that lookbook. You are responsible for how you distribute your share links; you can deactivate a link from within the Service at any time.

8. Termination and deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time. There is no self-serve account deletion yet: to have your account and content deleted, contact the Operator (see Contact below) and the deletion will be handled for you. The Operator may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or as part of operating the beta.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of generated imagery, and uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and the Operator’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose (currently nothing — the beta is free).

11. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, and you may be asked to accept the updated Terms to continue. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms, or account and deletion requests: use the in-app feedback tool, or reply to the invitation email you received for the beta.
